Who knew there is such a thing as denitrification? Not me anyway. This is the (expensive) process where we try to get the nitrate out of the groundwater that we’ve allowed to get in in the first place. This is from just north of our border, and who knows where we stand within the Otago region.
The levels are alarming. And the effects on humans are frightening. We can’t keep on doing the same things and expecting different outcomes.
